You don’t need your songs, run sheet or every event detail ready before enquiring. Send us the essentials first. Once we’ve reviewed your enquiry and you’re ready to proceed, we’ll invite you to your private client portal, where you can review your quote, make payments and add your celebration details as your plans take shape.

Your invitation link is sent to the email address on your enquiry. Sign in with that same email to open your event.

Save your progress and return when you’re ready. We’ll show you which details still need completing and confirm when your final information is due.

Portal access does not reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once your quote and terms are accepted and the required payment is received.

2Date & performance times

Select your DJ performance times. Please allow venue access 15 minutes before your DJ start time for setup and 15 minutes after your DJ finish time for pack-down. Difficult access or more complex setups may require additional time, confirmed in your quote.

3Venue location

Guest numbers are a guide. We’ll recommend your sound setup based on venue size, layout, indoor or outdoor conditions and whether you want relaxed background music or a lively dancefloor. Larger spaces, multiple areas and outdoor events may require additional equipment.

Travel, tolls, parking, accommodation and difficult-access costs are quoted separately where applicable. The venue or client supplies a suitable table and mains power unless otherwise quoted.

Let us know before booking so we can confirm a suitable presentation. Specific colours, tables and styling items are subject to availability.

4Package & add-ons

We’ll bring our DJ controller and connect to the venue’s sound system. This option is quoted individually once we’ve confirmed the venue equipment is suitable.

Additional Entertainment & Event Support

How does sourcing work?From a flautist or guitarist to a salsa performance or local backdrop supplier, we can research options around your event date, location, preferences and budget. Our sourcing service covers one entertainment or supplier category per agreed brief and includes: • A short consultation to understand your requirements. • Research and availability enquiries. • Up to three suitable options, subject to availability. • A comparison of indicative prices, inclusions and setup requirements. • One round of follow-up questions. • An introduction to your preferred supplier. You book and pay the supplier directly. Our separate sourcing fee covers the agreed research and shortlist preparation, whether or not you proceed with a supplier booking. Full event planning, ongoing supplier management and event-day coordination are not included. Additional categories, research or coordination can be discussed and quoted separately. Supplier availability and prices are confirmed by the supplier.

6Review

DJ-only bookings are quoted individually after we review your event, date and location.

7Send

No payment is taken now. If you go ahead, a 50% deposit on your confirmed quote secures your date, with the balance due seven days before your event. Your details are used only to respond to this request.

The process

  1. Step 1: Enquire

    Share your date and the essentials — event type, suburb and approximate times. Still deciding on a package? We’re happy to help.

  2. Step 2: Receive your quote

    We confirm availability and your requirements, then prepare an itemised, personalised quote.

  3. Step 3: Access your portal

    We invite you to your private client portal, where you can review your quote, accept the terms and make payment.

  4. Step 4: Secure your date

    Your booking is confirmed once your quote and terms are accepted and the 50% deposit is received. An enquiry or portal invitation alone doesn’t reserve your date.

  5. Step 5: Plan your celebration

    Add music preferences, guest-request settings, special moments, venue details and your run sheet over time. Your balance is due seven days before your event.

For bookings made within seven days of the event, full payment is required to confirm.
