Once we’ve reviewed your enquiry and you’re ready to proceed, we’ll invite you to your private client portal, where you can review your quote, make payments and add your celebration details as your plans take shape.
Your invitation link is sent to the email address on your enquiry. Sign in with that same email to open your event.

Save your progress and return when you’re ready. We’ll show you which details still need completing and confirm when your final information is due.
Portal access does not reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once your quote and terms are accepted and the required payment is received.

Equipment add-ons, travel and other separately quoted services are excluded. Cannot be combined with another promotional offer.

Step 1: Enquire
Share your date and the essentials — event type, suburb and approximate times. Still deciding on a package? We’re happy to help.
Step 2: Receive your quote
We confirm availability and your requirements, then prepare an itemised, personalised quote.
Step 3: Access your portal
We invite you to your private client portal, where you can review your quote, accept the terms and make payment.
Step 4: Secure your date
Your booking is confirmed once your quote and terms are accepted and the 50% deposit is received. An enquiry or portal invitation alone doesn’t reserve your date.
Step 5: Plan your celebration
Add music preferences, guest-request settings, special moments, venue details and your run sheet over time. Your balance is due seven days before your event.
For bookings made within seven days of the event, full payment is required to confirm.
